Big stage for FOOD ZURICH
While the temporary FOOD ZURICH Lounge on the main square invites you to linger, culinary enthusiasts can choose from various events and workshops such as ‘Spices for your health’, ‘Homemade sushi’ or an origami workshop. At the events, spices, rice rolls and paper figures are honed with fun and talent until the flavour, consistency and shape are perfect. While the corresponding restaurants in the Circle act as hosts.
Vegan and sustainable
A special focus of this year’s event is on vegan and sustainable cuisine. For example, a vegan pastry workshop at the Sablier Rooftop Restaurant & Bar is on the programme for the first time. The ‘WTF is Natural Wine’ event at the newly opened Leon's Bodega is also very popular. The ‘Barista course for the little ones’ was quickly sold out and will possibly help to ensure that many new star baristas will soon be working in Zurich's cafés.
