The Circle is sustainable, as validated by our globally recognised LEED certification. Tenants, visitors and Circle employees benefit from this every day.

With around 180,000 square metres of floor space, The Circle was the largest LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) certified building in Europe when it was certified in 2022. Emanuel Fleuti is largely responsible for this. Emanuel has been working in sustainability and environmental management at Flughafen Zürich AG for 34 years and has headed this area for many years.
