Six new office tenants at The Circle

The Circle continues to enjoy great popularity as a business hub. As many as six new tenants recently opted for the location.

The new tenants include five international corporations that are among the innovation and industry leaders in their field. Four of them are relocating their Swiss headquarters to The Circle. The Circle’s total capacity utilisation is over 90 per cent.

Further strengthening of The Circle as a hub for innovation

«Be-terna» (more: be-terna.com), a leading provider of cloud solutions and AI applications, is expanding the already large software cluster with companies such as Microsoft, SAP and isolutions. «P&I Personal & Informatik AG» (more: pi-ag.com) markets specialised solutions in the field of human resources with a focus on HR as a Service (HRaaS) in the same field of activity. «Be-terna» and «P&I» will operate their Swiss headquarters at The Circle in future.

The internationally active automation provider Schneider Electric (more: se.com) has also established itself as an innovation leader. With its digitisation and energy management solutions, it helps companies from the automotive and healthcare sectors to the pharmaceutical industries to make their production as energy and resource-efficient as possible for greater sustainability.

Focus on health

The healthcare sector is also seeing further growth. The local branch of «CSS» (more: css.ch), Switzerland’s largest basic insurer, recently welcomed policyholders to The Circle. In the coming months, WSAudiology (more: wsa.com) will also open its new Swiss headquarters at The Circle. The company, which operates in the hearing aid market, is regarded as an innovation leader in the industry. For example, WSA has the most patent applications for hearing aids in the world. From The Circle, it will strengthen marketing in Switzerland.

Unique location attractiveness

Grenkeleasing AG completes the group of new office tenants (more: grenke.ch). The globally active German company offers leasing and factoring services with a focus on SMEs.
